Comparison
Pancake vs AI GTM Brain
Pancake and AI GTM Brain both start from your website and look for leads with a reason to talk now. The difference is who decides: Pancake asks you to approve every lead and works inside the AI assistant you already use, while AI GTM Brain runs seven agents on its own every weekday, from research and outreach to posts, Reddit answers and partnerships.

How each one finds leads
Both products start from your website. AI GTM Brain reads your site, your pricing and your competitors, then writes a one-page brief: who buys, what to say and what never to say. You can edit it any time. Its research agent runs first after sign-up, so leads show up within minutes, and then every weekday. Each lead comes with a reason to talk now (a funding round, an open role, a tech stack, or someone engaging with a competitor's posts) plus the evidence and its source.
Pancake turns a GTM idea into a play: a search that keeps running daily, on weekdays or weekly. It offers eight ways to find leads, including people engaging with posts by competitors, experts or your brand, reactions to a single post, topics, tech stack, hiring, recent funding, lookalikes and a plain role, industry, size and location match. That range is a real strength if you like to design your own searches.
Who decides who gets contacted
Pancake asks you to approve every lead before anyone is contacted, and its GTM Brain learns from the leads you approve or reject. You keep full control, and you also spend time in a review queue.
AI GTM Brain does not wait for a click. It runs every weekday on its own, inside limits you set: each agent has its own schedule and a budget per run and per week that it never goes past, every paid call is priced before it runs, LinkedIn is paced per account, and suppression lists and opt-outs are respected. Posts and Reddit answers are the exception: the agents write them, and a person publishes them.
How outreach goes out
Both send from your own accounts, under your name. Pancake sends from your LinkedIn (and email) with a light warm-up, then up to three messages on weekdays. A reply stops the sequence, and a positive reply gets your calendar link.
AI GTM Brain splits outreach between two agents. The LinkedIn agent sends connection invites with a short note and messages after someone accepts, inside daily caps, and reads replies first. The email agent runs short sequences from your own inboxes and triages replies; a reply, a bounce or an unsubscribe stops the sequence. Every message opens with the person's own signal, such as a post, a new role or a round, written in your voice.
Channels beyond outbound
Pancake is focused on finding leads and starting conversations. AI GTM Brain covers more of the GTM week with seven agents, each in its own channel of a team-chat style workspace:
- #research: daily leads with a reason to talk now.
- #linkedin-outreach and #email-outreach: invites, follow-ups and short sequences from your accounts.
- #linkedin-x: posts and comments for your LinkedIn and X every week, published by a person.
- #reddit: useful answers, with no pitch, to threads where buyers ask for help, posted by a person.
- #partnership: agencies, creators, newsletters and integrations that already reach your buyers, with a first note.
- #campaign-learning: a weekly review that tunes the brief, targets and caps, with the numbers behind each change.
Where you run it
Pancake works from its web app and from Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT and Codex through its MCP server, with browser sign-in (Cursor cannot connect yet). It also delivers to Slack and sends an email digest at 08:30. If your team already works inside an AI assistant, that is a strong reason to pick it.
AI GTM Brain runs in its own workspace: one channel per agent and one thread per job. You can give any agent a job in its channel. It has no MCP server or API for your own agent today.
What you pay for
Pancake publishes its prices. Plans start at $99 a month per workspace with 60,000 credits, which it puts at about 120 to 600 qualified leads a month, and go up to $1,299 for 960,000 credits. A work email found costs 50 credits, unused credits roll over for up to a month, and each sending account after the first is $39 a month. There is a 7-day trial with 15,000 credits (card required) and a White Glove plan at $3,000 a month with a dedicated GTM engineer on a three-month commitment.
AI GTM Brain is in early access, opened to a few teams at a time. There is no public price yet.
